Ready Rangers

Our first meeting
Sussex County Special Projects by Historian. “Small efforts to improve our county, supported by the Sussex County Commissioners”. Here’s the photo of the Historian special projects from 2years ago, replacement signage for the Welfare Cemetery.

Heritage Team: These are a group of active enthusiasts to make Sussex County a better place.

Vision: To look at Sussex County and understand its condition, and judge how we may put effort in to create a difference and make the county a better place.

Mission: We will help our Sussex County preserve, learn, and celebrate our rich history and resources. We will realize what can be done to preserve and improve our county. This may include work to suggest proposals, and to develop and support projects to make our county better. We may get involved in projects (such as Rails to Trails, Bridges for Paths over rivers, Revolutionary War 250th Celebration assistance, and other projects) to make Sussex County a better place.

Active Effort: “Enacting good for Sussex County”

Supported by the Sussex County Historian and Hardyston Historical Society.
